Tiramisu by chef kamal

 Tiramisu

Ini Tiramisu, tapi saya kasih strawberry aja biar seger......., ini dapet resep dari chef Kamal yang ngetop tiramisunya di Bandung, dari majalah Sedap kapan tau.

Untuk fillingnya perpaduan antara zeesan tiramisu + whipcream + mascarpone.

Bahan:

3 buah sponge cake vanila ukuran diameter 22, (terserah ya mo telor banyak, telor dikit, putih semua, kuning semua )

Bahan filling/krim:
100 gr bubuk tiramisu (zeesan tiramisu)
100 ml air hangat
250 gr mascarpone (pake yummy)
500 gr krim kocok (baker mix)

cara membuat:
Larutkan bubuk tiramisu ke dalam air hangat
Campur dengan mascarpone (udah suhu ruang aduk2 pake garpu) dan whip cream kocok,
Simpan dalam lemari es

Bahan larutan kopi:
50 gr kopi instan, pake nescafe klasik
500 ml air mendidih
100 gr gula pasir


Cara membuat:
1. Siapkan loyang bongkar pasang/ring, selipkan dengan mika disekelilngnya
2. Letakkan 1 lembar sponge cake, oles dengan larutan kopi
3. Tuang dengan filling
4  Lakukan sampai selesai
5. Beri topping di atasnya, yang klasik kan model puting2 itu, tapi mengarang bebas aja,
6. Simpan dalam lemari es

Hias sesuai selera anda
